Really frustrated with the reduced distraction testing area. I convinced my friend to FINALLY ask for help, due to disabilities that make noise or activity a problem, and during testing people came in cleaning for approximately 30 minutes! How is that even allowed? The whole point is a QUIET, distraction free place to test so that attention can be placed on the exam.

To my surprise my experience was great 😊. I was greeted by everyone I crossed paths with that worked there. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s best to go as soon as they open otherwise it’s a long wait.

My experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I waited a ridiculous 6 hours just to speak with an advisor, and when I finally did, they couldn’t have cared less. Every time I asked for an update, it felt like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of priority for student needs. As a result, I have definitively decided not to register for any services at this college. Save yourself the hassle and seek help elsewhere.
