Very disappointed. I came here after hours to drop off my paper work since the website says that they have a drop box. It took me an hour and 15 min to arrive. And when I get there the gate is closed. No sign of a drop box. No way a person can just walk in the gate to drop off anything. Doesn't make sense to have a drop box during business hours since you are open and the person is already there. Drop boxes are good for after hours so that people can just drop off their stuff if they need to and leave.

Phillip & Alfredo, truly exercised the their state of the art crafting the replacement & repair of window construction. Bless them, they truly have mastered their craft. I will not be heating the outside this winter. Also give thanks to Denise, Conar, Freddie and the entire staff at Maravilla Weatherization.

It really sucks that their closed due to covid, well since covid. they need to open so they can speed up the process ( in person). Schools opened, clinics opened, hair salons it's been almost 3 years since covid chaos.such a nice facility for the people and they decide to close their doors and do everything trough mail 📬...and it just horrible to get help like that ...I tried two years ago to get help gonna try again but so far I called and they won't transfer me to a worker ...I just want to know if all my documents are good to go ...all bad 😞

Save ur self the time and stress they will take months to reply once they reply they will rush you to get further info is needed it’s sad this foundation claims to help so many which I don’t believe considering the time frame it takes to receive a response back and also approval time once worker reached out she informed me that I sent incorrect info I continued communication and sent was requested and instead of explanation for reason of denial worker decided to stop assistance/communication and denied me no reason listed on acct foundation works in an outdated form many changes should be made to applications and the way contact is made with applicants LADWP should not promote these services
