Had an appointment scheduled for a specific date, they called me to see if I wanted to change it to an earlier date, l told them I wouldn't be able to until the original appointment date as I had school. They told me to keep my original date. Fast forward to today and they said I missed my appointment, I told them there was mo way, they asked me if I wanted to change it a couple of weeks ago and I had told them no... now they cant see me and either way they pushed my appointment farther back and now I have to wait another month
