Had horrible experience with the Billing staff and Compliance/Quality Assurance Director.

Even after I was forced to leave a negative review here, in order to get anyone to respond in higher management, I.e. the Board of Directors, THEY HAVE STILL FAILED TO RESPOND, and they are still playing games.

They have never left me ANY voicemails as they claimed here in their last defense post, that they had. It’s ridiculous.

Their dentist Carvajal botched a simple filling, on a tooth that didn’t even have pain, and shrugged her shoulders when asked what to do if it still hurt me to chew on that side of my mouth, nearly 6 mos later and multiple outside dentist /provider bills I’ve had to pay all out of pocket due to insurance only covering so many of the same type of claims per year, they had said they were offering some funds back to me to help offset the cost since Dr didn’t even bother to refer me to a specialist for further investigation and HELP! Left me in pain. “Delaminating tooth due to improper treatment” was the final diagnosis.

The BBB is going to be getting a lengthy report unless someone OTHER than Jenny the Compliance Director (who is a complete immature *donkey*) calls me back. Preferably someone on the Board.

Amazing staff, not only are they efficient with their time they are amazing with both myself and my son. They remember us and are always smiling and have positive attitudes here. I would recommend this dentist office as a whole above any I've ever had before.

The best of the best! This office is clean, professional and honest. Gina Vanderhorst, the dental hygienist, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth. This was by far the best cleaning I ever had. She administered the longest and most detailed cleaning I ever had. Not only was she extremely thorough, she has one of the most pleasant personalities, always checking in with me on my level of pain (no pain at all), very punctual, and she was very informative about my gum health. The staff, including Dr. B, are simple excellent. Thank you Gina, Dr. B (excellent) and the sweet receptionists at Mact Dental Clinic for your extremely professional service.

When my adult family member arrived for his intake appointment he was informed that there no dentist available and that he needed to reschedule. The receptionist claimed they called, but he not him, nor the person that made the appointment on his behalf. The next available was over a month out.
