This program is unethical, corrupt and unprofessional!!! All they care about is your money and getting you more in debt with fees or fines. They should be overlooked or shut down. With that said, it is to my understanding that our Court system is here to rehabilitation us for our crimes/addictions etc. We are prosecuted accordingly with the attemp to assist/help us get back on track with our dysfunctional lives. Bottom line, this program has no heart nor is there to assist you!!!!! Truthfully I don't believe the Courts are aware of what goes on at the MAAC

I literally just sat on the phone for 2 hrs as it counted down from 12 to 1 of my being in the cue only for it to heat to one a the phone just ring incessantly for 30 minutes and then some one finally picks up just to say they can't help. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

These people are inefficient thieves! TY is the only thing single handedly holding the MAAC project together. Oh, Monique is quite helpful. They have a finance department that is "consistently wrong". They would be better off with an IVR! ( You know letting us pay a recording) They have two categories for absences 35.00$ or free! What makes it free? Having contacted" the MAAC "prior to your absence. ( No pun intended) in which case your absence would be considered a miss. The finance department is quite efficient at letting you know when you owe. The finance department( of the program) doesn't follow it own rules."the MAAC" has created rules for "us customers" to follow, the alcoholic ,the ankle bracelet wearing, and or recently released. I called 3 times this morning ( after waiting for them to stroll in at 9) to make a payment. I finally had to enlist the help of Monique to get the " finance" person on the phone. Of course I have to give all kinds of information for this " challenged" person to be able to find my account, I even offered up extra information to facilitate the process only have her say" I know what I'm doing"..... (I've never heard that from T-Mobile or Capital One!) Once this.. person finds my account she lets me know my payment is due on the twenty second of each month and she also mentioned " today is the twenty second . I had to tell her that's what I called for. Then she was was happy to tell I owe 140.00 more for misses that were categorized as absences, heres where the rules only work for them! You have got to fight to get in the class, you must be on time because if you're 5 minutes late it 35.00 the first time. They nickel and dime you to death! And hold you to a much higher standard than the do themselves.( Don't drink and drive, you might end up at" the MAAC" project
