This YMCA location doesn’t watch the kids at all! I had an issue where my child was being bullied and staff never saw a thing. Other children witnessed the bullying on several different days and occasions, but staff didn’t see anything. While I was complaining another parent also had the same complaint about another bully and staff were oblivious to both situations. Instead of taking action when I complained they just tried to minimize the issue asking how hard did the bully actually hit my child, then offered to remove my child and refund me instead of removing the bully. Online they pretend to take an anti-bulling stance but they do not. For almost $400 a week they should hire enough staff all day not just in the morning when you drop your kids off. Do not bring your kids to this YMCA location, it’s not safe!

This YMCA is awesome. My brothers have had a great time participating in the child care program. They have many activities to keep the children learning and having fun at the same time. The staff is always fair and listen when I have an issue. I love that the this YMCA worked during the Covid school shutdown to help with childcare and even distributed free lunches for all children. They go over an above to make sure all children are safe and welcomed. They are a great part of the community. Thank you YMCA!!!

I do not recommend YMCA basketball league to any ome. . They have their own favoritism. If you complained no one care. Waste your money and time.

The answering system is horrible, there is an automated answering system that only gives the option to select 1 for a directory but request that the caller enter the first 3 letters of the name of the person you wish to speak wish… not exactly sure who I should speak with when I am calling to obtain information about a program, so disappointing and frustrating….

Bad customer service, and rude attitudes. A gentlemen hung up in my face when I called to cancel my daughters registration. And do not pay registration fees they are not refundable.
