I walked in and literally no wait at all so I thought. I waited about 30 mins just for the clerk to tell me that they didn’t provide the services I came there for. Janky and ghetto.

Some of the case workers and management are unprofessional and provide unsatisfactory service. They should not be dealing with the public.They should be dealing with prisoners.

Use to come here as part of the GROW program about 5 years ago when i was homeless, loved it! The worker with short hair was always professional and very helpful.

Place looks like a dump. You have to walk through a bridge full of trash and bums. The phone numbers they provide are all machines. The Main buildings number rings forever with no answer. This place rips.

The workers socialize a bit to much when there working. Acting like it's break time anytime. Other than that. Really nice people and area.
