I moved to their apartment complex Northwinds in 2021 while it was under GLD managment and it was an amazing complex, Then in may 2022 Listening Ear more specificlly Darla Earnest took back over managment of the complex. Since then she has let the complex go down hill. I went almost 8 months without a washer and dryer because everytime i would make a maintnence request it would get ignored, they only do maintence on certian apartments. When i lost my infant in august 2023 i called to explain the situation that my infant had just passed away and that my rent would get behind a little as i was going to have expenses that i was not planning for, she never once offered any kind of resources as to where we could see help for my childs funeral expenses, mental health resources or anything. When I had spoke to her about my rent being behind she and i had come to a payment agreement, but when she was contacted by our cps worker at the time about the washer and dryer not working and having gone as long as we went without one she then changed her tune and when i had stated that i would be looking at moving she then started telling lies about me to the other places i had applied for. Darla (Green) Earnest is a horrble appartment manager and i dont believe that she should be employed at a crisis center who dont offer any kind of resources for people who are truly in need.

Released a fake article stating the deaths of their employees. Completely unprofessional and disgusting for a business that is supposed to help in mental health crisises to joke about the death of their employees.

Don't apply for a job here! I interviewed here once 3 years ago and again 4 years ago. The older woman probably in her late 50's who interviews was absolutely rude and treats you like you are a worthless human being. I went back for another job interview a year later hoping to get a different person to interview me nope same woman and once again very obnoxiously rude. I have never been treated so horrible in an interview before in my life. No wonder why they're always hiring the woman won't hire anyone unless your way above her standards. This hasn't happened just to me I have spoken with people who have interviewed here also and by the sounds of it was the same woman who did my interview treated them horrible. Glad it wasn't just me she did that too but she shouldn't do that to anyone. If I could give this negative stars I would do just that. For the sake of job applicants I hope they no longer have her interviewing anyone.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and sensitive to the help of the public, however the receptionist that answers the phone is not only rude on the phone, but in person as well. She needs help with her people skills. Rest of the staff is top notch! Deavia (child/teen worker) is exceptional at her job and a great person. She is kind, considerate and reliable. Quality and valued conversation with Miss Deavia!!! She really makes a difference! 10+ 🌟 for Deavia!!!
