Had high hopes after seeing the photos and menu. Have to say I as extremely disappointed. The jumbo burgers were served with paper thin tasteless frozen patties. buns were soggy and tough.
Seasoned waffles fries were so salty cooked nice but overpowered by salt. I’d suggest a different Cajun seasoning.
For $10.00 a burger and $5.00 for an order of fries one would expect to be leaving with good food. This is McDonald’s quality in my opinion.

I came here to see Caseoh, but I couldn’t find him. The food is really good and the atmosphere is great, minus two stars for not seeing Caseoh.

It's been 20+ yrs since my last visit to the Lions Den..last time I visited, there was a Grayhound stop there... good food! Try their Malt Shakes and Porkrinds..simply the best!

This place used to be the better eating place in town. Now I'm not sure. Ordered a chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream and 3 scoops of chocolate syrup, been ordering it that way for years and the new girl they got there even wrote it down that way but one of the girls from the back came up, I got this and proceeded to make it with vanilla and was told 3 times not vanilla use the chocolate I like it very chocolaty but she still refuse to use chocolate ice cream , it was like you will take it the way I make it. So yes I left her with it in her hand. Went back the next day and was trying to give them another chance and immediately thrown an attitude at. So no more of this place for me. I was in no rush but I just don't have time for stupidity. Especially when you tell them 3 times that you don't want vanilla. I know I don't order enough there to affect this business but that's my 2 cents anyways.

The food is always great. My wife and I love to get in the motorcycle and ride to the Lions Den awesome little place.

We normally get jumbo cheeseburgers french fries with there awesome ranch and
strawberry shake and a coke float.

Initially we had planned to eat at an area BBQ spot but we needed up at Lion’s Den. Myself and 5 of my family members were happily surprised. I haven’t eaten at Lion’s Den since high school. The service was top notch the ice cream was as good as we all remembered the burgers were tasty and did I say the service was impeccable!?!?! Next trip home I’m definitely going back! Food was excellent, really great jumbo BBQ sandwich and fries , services really slow but worth it , price little high , cost me $18 and change for a jumbo BBQ sandwich, fry and drink. Extremely great food , my buddy got a Philly steak and cheese with curly fries and drink , he said food was great but little pricey . I'll definitely eat there again and just get regular size sandwich and no fry to cut cost lol definitely best food in town that I've found .

I had a burger and onion rings. It was top notch! Also, the lady at the front desk is super kind and treats everyone with courtesy. She even throws in a home made cookie. I highly recommend the Lion’s Den in Clarendon.
