Every interaction I’ve had with their employees has been nothing but positive.

They’re attentive to my needs, they’re helpful, and they do so much good for the valley.

I was approved for past due utilities back on July 19th and AM STILL WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER?
I have sent numerus E-mails and Voice mails to my assigned worker Natalie Ramirez and still no response. I have called the numbers listed on the
website and never get anything but a voice recording. All I want is for someone to follow up with me, and pay my electric bill that was approved for payment back in July. After so many failed attempts to contact ANYONE at Lift to Rise Iam frustrated and cannot understand why something like this could fall through the cracks? I would appreciate any efforts to resolve on your behalf as I have done everything asked of me!!

Economic difficulties are real! To have such a great rental assistance program here in the Coachella Valley is by far the best assistance I have come across. Lift to Rise is such an amazing non-profit organization. My application process was smooth, from the very first month I applied to recently being approved. Their communication deliverance was always on time. I constantly received updates. Once my application was assigned to a caseworker, I have to say my case worker (Osvaldo) is very caring, kind and a true hard worker. His passion in helping the community is very visible! He ensured my application had all the documents needed and communicated with me throughly.
