We've dealt with a few other ladies over the years and I agree with other reviewers, they were hard to get in touch with and pay checks were off from time to time but ever since Jennifer has taken our case over, the communication has been great. She goes above and beyond and returns calls almost immediately.

We've been using Lifelong Advocacy Inc. for an FI (Fiscal Intermediary) for my brother's SD contract via MCCMH. I absolutely love our coordinator. She has always been helpful and informative. The communication has been very good BUT if the agency isn't aware that you're experiencing difficulties, they can't help you. Our coordinator, Jennifer, has always promptly answered any questions we've had and has gone out of her way to be helpful. The front desk staff ROCK too. They're polite and professional. Lifelong Advocacy has been a great liaison between us and the county. Thank you, you guys!

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. I asked if I could pick my check up they said no they have to mail it the people in the office is very rude. The only one nice there is tracy. Thinking about switching companys

Don't waste your time with this place. Very unprofessional. They claim they communicate everything through the mail but don't. And there's always a problem with accurately receiving the amount of money you're owed. Save yourself the time and turn the other way

Good FI company so far, however a heads up call "before" you reach your budget tier cap or if units are approaching an end would be nice.

They never get back to you in a timely manner or let alone call you back. The front desk people are no help what so ever and can’t even answer any questions you have.
