EXTREMELY unhappy!!!! We are at 10months to re-flavor an existing product... Did two taste tests in 6 months... Two taste tests... Even sent them a product to match flavor and they never matched it. Second taste test was EXACTLY the same a the firts. This "should" have been complete within 6 months at the MOST. Even calculated an extra 2 months into the product run. Figured it'd at least be done in 8 months. They have 1/2 our money for the production run. Told if we paid it would be expedited... Asked 7+ times to fly out and get the flavor done in a day. Told me it would be quicker to do it by mail... Still do not have the flavor complete. There were multiple gaps in responses (2+weeks at a time) where I followed up multiple times and never heard back from our rep! Expressed 3 times with emails this needed attention. AND stated we were low on product, this needed to to be complete. FINALLY called and got through to the NEW SVP of sales. Got a new rep, but still taking a LONG time. Even went to an outside flavor house to get things moving quicker. By the time I get in line for production it'll be 13-14 months to RE-FLAVOR an existing product!!!! FREAKING CRAZY! We are now out of product... Loosing our monthly subscribers... They've messed up on two other product runs for us. LAST run with them... Going to another manufacture. PLUS we had another product in the pipeline with them. Complicated product, (project has gone on and off, not all their doing) BUT we've been working on it for over 2+ years. A FREAKIN joke working with them. And they are more expensive as they are located in California. Go to central state manufactures. You'll get better service and less expensive products. Business killer... Taking legal action against them as I write. Surprised their Google rating isn't lower than a 3.8. - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Honestly, can't put into words how amazing my experience with Lief was.

I had a miserable experience with another manufacturer that almost tanked my business, excuse after excuse, lateness, etc..

Jacob and the team were timely, amazing with communication, explained and held true to any boundary established from the onset, and hit their deliverables on time with great quality.

I wish zero starts could be an option, to evaluate this place, they are really un-organized, this place is run by, fear and incompetence, they use a staffing company to avoid liabilities, the regular employees, in there are permitted to abuse verbally and mentally drain the temporary help, they laugh at them and evaluate them, by race, they look to find weaknesses and overworked you, until last minute to force you out to quit, this way the regulars keep their jobs. Experience says a Company employee is a clear reflection of management,. Management is NOT interested on the employees, they care about numbers at any COST,. Therefore, if you are about to joint, this place,? Do your research, 1st, see all the other 5 star reviews, read those fake names, is all, about damage control.

always late on orders. 6-8 weeks lead time turns into 12-13. Sales rep is nice but company does not get work done. Do not go here if you want a sustainable business.
