Wonderful nonprofit organization, providing free legal consultations for low-income individuals. I have leveraged their services twice now when dealing with a problematic current/former employer. You will have an intake conversation with a law student or young professional, who will then discuss your situation with a senior lawyer and return to you with legal advice.

I have tried having consultations with many for-profit legal firms, and in virtually every one, they will listen to your case but will be unwilling to give you any actual advice whatsoever without you paying $500+ per hour. Oftentimes, they will not even return your call.
In contrast, Legal Aid at Work has provided me with a full analysis and set of actionable recommendations on two occasions now, all for free. They have additional resources available for you to use on their website.

Great organization doing great work - helping victimized people gain the knowledge they need to protect their legal rights against the much larger companies who try to take advantage of them.
