Wonderful facility. Great selection of equipment. Friendly staff. Locker rooms, showers. Everything you need for a great workout! Only downside is there isn't a lot of open floor space for stretching or group warm ups.

Love to hit this gym. Great equipment and staff that doesn't hover. Occasionally a group of young guys make it unbearable but it's rare. The majority of the gym goers are mature, it's a safe supportive place. Fare prices and cleaned regularly.

Very quiet but they have loads of machines. 3 tvs with different channels. Radio on if needed. So much to offer. Very very clean. I'm surprised its not packed. Right next to a clinic if any problems arise with the elderly working out. Lots of parking. Clean exterior. Showers. Lockers. Even health experts to help.
