I advise to call and make an appointment. Otherwise, there maybe a few minutes wait before your arrival due to other appointments are scheduled first than walk-ins. However, it’s a worth of wait, and Sharlene was very helpful, attentive, and provided answers to my questions. Otherwise, I made the right choice with LBS Financial Credit Union.

Edit:

I wasn't a fan of how LBSFCU changed their handling of legacy credit cards after switching to their new system.

However, after talking to their VP of electronic banking, they corrected the issues I had. They were patient, apologetic, extremely helpful, and extremely informative through the whole process.

My credit score is being repaired and everything is back to the way it should be.

LBSFCU does what it can to make things right. Back to 5 stars.
