The issues with service are real. Customer service does not respond to the email and the phone number on file goes to a voicemail. I placed my order in September and it was held till the wine could be shipped for the fall. The last email was 11/7 stating it would be shipped. Still no word on when it would be shipped. More frustrating is despite multiple emails and voice mails, no one replies. Based on reviews I don’t think it’s a scam but the service is lacking especially for the type of product being sold.

Update to review: I received a response from Customer service who acknowledged the issue and was able to give me shipping timeframe. There was also a response back on my review. I appreciate that Last Bottle recognized my concerns especially as a first time customer. I am happy to report my wines came in and am thrilled with the purchase. So buyer beware that shipping times are very long and their customer service seems overwhelmed but you’ll be getting some great wines at amazing prices.

Been a member for about 10 years. Best deals can be had during the Marathon events and when something comes up with limited availability since shipping is free. Worst deals any bottle less than $40 for only 1 bottle. Shipping is $15 and sales tax for my state is 9%. There is too much good wine to buy a bottle less than $40 much less than buying more then one. Note... I discount the retail value and use best web. Everyone shows retail prices, but no one in their right mind ever pays retail unless a cult wine with limited availability. NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH LAST BOTTLE.?

Pretty sad, placed my first order and was hopeful that this would be an easy company to deal with. It has been well over 10 days and have sent 3 e-mail asking for an update with no response. Order say pending as it has said since the order was place. Poor communication/no communication and no phone number to call. Beware this may be a scam. Good new is the credit card company is cancelling and refunding my payment. You guys are not the only company selling wine at a discount price!!!

I tend to order Pinot Noir and Chardonnay: and a bunch of each. In 2024 alone, I have likely purchased over 100 bottles of Pinot alone from Last Bottle. First of all, they have the best prices on the planet!! I have back checked their prices and, "hey guys, you sometimes weren't the BEST web the BEST retail, but I'm not sure that you have ever been off by more than 2%". That's $2 on a $100 BEST retail and web. GETOUTOFHERE! Furthermore, regardless of the fact that their copywriter probably doesn't get paid nearly enough, ALL THEIR BS COPY-WRITING IS ACTUALLY TRUE. I have NEVER been disappointed with the actual wine.
I know what time they release the daily email in the Eastern time zone and sometimes if you aren't Johnny on the spot, or you dilly dally, "TOO LATE" ! Can't tell you how many times I've seen that, especially during a "Marathon". Get out there on Last Bottle website and get yourself a great deal.
