As a past board member of a local chapter of HFH, I feel I am a good judge of any re-store. I love this place. They have a good selection and it is in a clean and neat building.

Great selection of items. However, there was a sign on the door that said 10% off everything. The discount was not taken off at the checkout. When we mentioned it, the clerk shrugged her shoulder and said "huh". No effort to check it out. Nothing.

We received AMAZING customer service by their employee, Chase. He was so helpful, prompt, and considerate with all of our needs. He was very professional and answered all of our questions in a timely manner (he had to go check on a few things before giving us an official answer). What a great and inviting way to have more customers hear about your facility, by having such a great and helpful staff! Thank you, Chase, for helping us, along with the other workers, load the china hutch onto our trailer! It is a great addition to our home 🙂

Customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced on 99% of what they have 4 sale and I'd say only a couple of items are or seem 2 me a little high on the asking price, around 1% of the items. Regardless if u are on a tighter budget or just needing 2 replace something checking things out here first would b definitely worth your time & money. 5 out of 5 stars from me here. Thanx HFHR

So I bought a used fridge from here. It was cooling and freezing when I bought it. After 3 weeks, it completely quit cooling. So I had a repairman look at it. The fridge was leaking the very explosive R-600 refrigerant and is considered unrepairable. So now I'm back to square one. I bought a fridge from here because I did not have much cash and everyone said this was the place to go and now I have to buy ice every couple days so I can keep my food from spoiling in a cooler. So buyer beware when buying used appliances, one should research what to look for before you do make used purchases.

ReStore is in a new location and is a great place to shop for the item(s) you just can't find anywhere else at a price you can afford. They have everything you may need for making your home comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and purchasing your items there help them build homes for families in need. Shop Local !
