They are the nicest people and always helpful if you need anything. The food shelf is clean, orderly and generally well stocked. It's like a little market and you go through and choose the items you would like out of the assortment they have. No appointment is necessary. You can register the same day that you go to use the shelf. After that you just need to give your name. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9am-12noon and Wednesday 3-6pm.
