I worked for this company, it took 2 months to get my first pay, very rude employees. I wouldn't trust this company with my fish. Any other company will be better for your loved ones.

Their process is slow. They have no sense of urgency and could care less about the people they are supposed to care for. You will always go to voicemail and it will take more than 24 hours to receive a return call even when you state your call is urgent. The staff is rude and self centered. They are inconsiderate. I can't speak negatively enough about this place.

I thought Lakeland was a great company. But now they wanna cut the rates makeing it next to impossible for the business to care for the clients. They just want you to do what’s necesssry to make it happen. Do the residents not matter to you? Does there happiness not matter? Are the just suppose to stay couped up in the house and literally do nothing? These small business you are destroying treat them like family! You keep cutting rates they will have no where to go. Start actully caring about your clients before they have no where to go! I hope more people find out the way you are doing business. These people rely on you to survive and you keep cutting the rates they won’t have a quality of life at all!

LCI is my brother’s managed care organization. They are meant to make sure that he is doing okay with their in home visits. Yet, LCI allows him to live in awful conditions and allows his rights to be violated by his in-home caregiver. LCI case mangers come in, sit in the living room for 20 minutes tops without looking around, allow the caregiver to speak for my brother without ever allowing him the opportunity to speak with them alone, and then leave and call it a day. It’s disgusting. I have expressed my concerns several times, and my brother has expressed his concerns to me. But, nothing changes. It’s sad to see him mistreated this way and LCI do nothing about it.

AWFUL SERVICES. My friend of almost 20 years has "care" through this organization, his careworker talks to him in such a disrespectful manner, I've seen his home in complete disarray because his worker, Gina Casey, didn't come into his house for 2 weeks, his fridge damn near empty for months, stuff missing out of his house, DISGUSTING. And the Gina's boss, Tammy, will reinforce the unprofessional behavior and choices. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You might want to revisit your "Core Values" as there is absolutely no trust in Lakeland Care or it's leadership after the epic failure and lack of urgency of Lakeland Care and how you mishandled/mistreated your Hobart members who are now being forced to move again...For anyone who may read this, understand that there are far better options than Lakeland Care - just read the State's reviews and scorecard for this outfit.

They up and abandoned my father in the most crucial time that we needed them and now refusing to give calls back I would advise if you can find other options avoid lakeland all together you will save yourself alot of extra stress at an already stressful time
