It was easy to locate being my first time there. The Customer service people were very helpful.
It definitely needs to be redesigned and updated.
It needs more of a Welcoming feel to it.
I was able to use the computers and print out all my papers.

I am tired of my taxes being used to promote LGBT+ agendas here, my family is Mormon and does not support this. This library claims to be inclusive but cherry picks which groups to include. I've never seen any promotion that involves my faith or even other cultures for that matter-it is strictly LGBT+. I will gladly just go elsewhere for library services.

would give one star, very loud and smelly in the building. HOWEVER: they handed out free bananas, so they get a bonus star. I did not receive said banana, but I thought it was very kind.

I have always valued libraries as an excellent community resource that foster learning and personal growth. Unfortunately, the La Crosse library has become a hub for the homeless, leading to increased noise, disruptions/outbursts, and safety concerns, making it nearly impossible to study. While it’s important to support those in need, the library is NOT the appropriate venue. I hope those responsible for promoting the library's current use reconsider, so as not to compromise its purpose.

I have so many good things to say about this library! I regularly check out books here and recently took advantage of their study spaces. I love how much they have to offer outside of books. It's really such a tremendous asset to our community!

I lived in the are for 12 years and I always loved this library, with their great staff, fantastic resources and even better selection of books. So when I come back into town, I still find time to stop in a relax.

A huge asset to our community! The library offers so many free opportunities to the public: storytimes, activities for kids, groups for adults along with so many lending options like books, puzzles, tools etc. The staff always have smiling faces! This is such a great library system! 👏
