I will never use Kroger pharmacy again. I always used rite aid but now with Kroger being the only pharmacy in town I chose to have my scripts sent there. I spent 25 minutes outside in the freezing cold while it poured down rain (mind you I’m sick and miserable with COVID). I don’t understand why it took 25 minutes when my scripts were ready. They knew I had Covid. They clearly don’t have their shit together in the pharmacy staff. It should not have took that long, especially when people are super sick you make them sit there in the freezing cold rain? Seems really ridiculous and stupid to me. I will be using a different pharmacy moving forward.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

All the younger employees are good. But the older employees 50+ don’t respect your personal space and are extremely rude.

I could give plenty of examples but one example I’ll give is….

I was shopping in peace and minding my business and the Short older lady with gray hair that works there asked if I could help her with something and I was in the middle of a sentence telling her I’m in on my way out and in a rush and she cut me off and yelled NEVERMIND (like I owed her something).

Her daughter happened to be there shopping and standing next to her and if she wasn’t right there I was going to let her know how rude and unprofessional she is but I didn’t want additional conflict.

Also, it always smells like Dirty feet, Cigarettes and like people are walking around crop dusting in this store. Not a fan of 1/2 the employees that work at this location and the people who frequent this store.

They also don’t keep this location stocked well and it looks like they never ever clean the place. The atmosphere in this store is absolutely terrible. Everytime I shop at this store I have an unsettling feeling after leaving.

ALSO the store is SO SMALL… you feel like you can’t walk around without someone unintentionally running into you.

AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN. ITS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to Meijer.

I had the weirdest experience the other day. I was checking out (a bit before closing) and while in the aisles I saw an disgruntled employee walking through punching things. I felt very unsafe with him rampaging down the aisle. When i get to the checkout he happened to be my bagger and was shooting me dirty looks the entire time, he bagged items I specifically asked not to be bagged, and he had an awful tone of voice to me, and the cashier even seemed annoyed at him. Very weird store, letting employees rampage everywhere, treat customers and probably other staff terribly, and do nothing about it. Id rather go to VGs

Last time I will go. I went to the self checkout after checking myself out, I was forced to wait until an associate reviewed the video replay of me checking out to verify I did it correctly. After being accused of not doing the job incorrectly that I recently acquired trying to purchase the items? I am a customer, not an employee, I have not been trained, paid, received a discount, or understand what the implications of the tasks at hand. I came to purchase items, not work, if the public won't do the work correctly try hiring someone to do the job. Not much to choose from? I will shop elsewhere. Thanks

Just moved to area and this is only main store. I was not happy being there 2 times. The last time I was there out of 4 items I wanted 2 they didn't have..and they were basic food items. I got mad and left..went to Meijers even though it was a drive. This Kroger seems to have a stock issue.

Most of the sales they post is not their .If you go two, three times a week some of the employees are nasty, And will not wait on you.Close but Myer's on 26 looking like the place to shop.Small town only place to buy your food so you do want you want lack of management, You should take pride in yourself and your job.One of these days corporate will come in and you will not have a jobs. Please do your best for your self and the community.PS.times I pick up food for seniors etc.I can spend 500 dollars+month at your store.Just a drop in the bucket I know Lol So far I have saved 7 hundred &35 dollars with small trips. Not bad for one person

Was having a bad day and just came to get a couple things and was treated like I was a thief as soon as I got to self checkout. Never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable. Then I had to go to the pharmacy after I shopped because I had to wait for my prescriptions to get filled and now I cannot take my cart with me. Definitely shopping somewhere else.

Kroger liver sausage was 2 for $5. Today it was 4.39 for one roll. Apparently management is inept enough not to notice. I’ll drive to Walmart or Meijer from now on.
