The Kohls, in Baxter, is amazing! The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. If you go to their Sephora area, and Rosa is there, you have the best time. Rosa is AMAZING!

I visited the store Mid November and I wasn’t too happy with the service of one of your members Mason. They seemed out of it like on some kind of high or maybe it was fatigue. I let it slide. They I visited again just recently and he was offering discounts for 5 star reviews. Not sure if this was a new store practice. Wasn’t really friendly when I turned down the offer. Overall the ladies like Sydney was a delight.

Twice in 2 weeks we went to Kohl's to make a return to Amazon. The first time, the clerk at the return desk was wired up and arguing loudly and vehemently with his co-worker complaining about other customers/co-workers complete with flailing arms, gestures, etc. I was the only person in line. The clerk finally decided to acknowledge me; "Amazon?" Me: "Yes". When I mentioned the fact that customers really don't like to walk in to a hostile environment when they enter a store, he proceeded to get defensive and yell at me until I reached the door, and then loudly complained about me to his co-worker. Flash forward today, 1:30 p.m.: Same guy, same hostile attitude, excessively 'wired' and agitated. We showed him the printout of the Amazon return code, again, the hostile attitude, hands thrown in the air, and stated that he couldn't process the return, with no specific reason. This is with the actual printout for Kohl's, from Amazon, plus photos on our phones of the return process. He refused to help, and his general attitude was one of "Get lost, I don't want to bother". Leaving us without options and a 24 mile wasted trip. Unbelievably rude and ramped up to pick an argument. I know customer service is a tough job; I've done it. But this person does NOT belong in this particular position. When it comes to a point where a person will quit shopping at a business, (and we will) it's time to find a more suitable position for this type of personality.

Looks like myself and Maureen had the same person, lucky I got a name Mason. If it was the same employee yes he still had bad attitude, excessively 'wired' and agitated, maybe from withdrawals. I’m not sure, yes working retail is not easy, especially this time of year. Very poor experience, probably my last time visiting this store.

Dropped off a Amazon pkg. Cashier rips the receipt she then proceeds to give me the receipt in pcs and without the return number. I said, "No, reprint it". She had no clue how, nor did another sales person. Mgr comes up, she proceeds to tell me it's technical difficulty with printing and to give me the receipt. I again said, "No, I don't want a ripped up receipt in pcs". Mgr then writes the return number on the receipt and gives me the ripped up receipt. I said, "can't you even tape all the pcs together"? By then, I'm boiling at the mgr and her sarcasm comments to me because I want a decent receipt. Instead of blaming it on printer issue mgr, why don't you learn to do your job and then train? I avoid Kohl's and now forsure Baxter store. Rude mgr with sarcasm and tone.

Found some wonderful deals on baby clothing.
Doing self check out and that went very well. There was an associate that did have to answer a question for us, but he was very friendly and helpful. After getting home and checking my receipt, I realized I had double scanned one of the baby outfits so I got a hold of Jodie, she was very willing to help get it figured out. She was also very polite about the whole situation.
