Gary, Kathy and Joe take great pride in the office building, along with the surround property. Rental fees are reasonably priced to! I've lived in a Kniesel property for over 8 years. Gary is a caring landlord. He takes great care of his properties. If something doesn't work, Gary is ALWAYS available and works to remedy the situation ASAP. I would highly recommend Kniesel Properties for residential or commercial needs! He's the type of landlord that you can sit and have a cup of coffee with, or just take care of business and leave it at that. He's mastered the fine art of showing that he cares without being a "nosy landlord."
