Magnificent and Breathtaking, this is our culture of our greatest nation and i am proud of these great empires, craftsman, Architects and Holy Workers who worked day and night to provide the awe inspiring ,block buster temples still living after 1500 years.
Must Visit.
Please bring lots of water
Avoid peak Summer times
Not a worshipping place , Any body can visit with or without sandals except sanctum sanctorum.

Visiting this temple on 3rd time.. because of this architecture and shivan?It’s more than a temple,One of the finest examples of classical Tamil architecture, the temple emanates unmatched charm and elegance. This ancient Pallava-era temple was built around 700 CE by Narasimhavarman II and later renovated by his son Mahendravarman III.The temple is made of sandstone and Damaged by an influx of time,the walls of the temple have many inscriptions in early scripts and beautiful paintings, There are nine shrines around the main sanctum, seven outside and two inside, with each shrine depicting different forms of Shiva and Stone carvings are splendid and spectacular to see and Deified in the sanctum is a 16 side majestic Shiva Linga made using black granite,the temple is maintained well by Archeological Department.
Magnificence in every nook✨..the must visit temple to get blessings from Lord Shiva..?‍♂️

One of the most beautiful ancient temples very near to Kanchipuram. This is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India. The surroundings are clean and its maintenance is remarkable. No tickets and no queues. A must visit site near Kanchipuram.

This temple one of the old sculpture in Kanchi TN. As per shasana's Narasimvarman II buil this temple during 700 AD. His son Mahendra Varma III complete Gopuram. It's a famous cave temple because of size and sculpture. One cave is near to lingam is passing to outside. It's believed that who passing through the cave are not having rebirth
( Punarjanma). Good paintings inside the temple are damaged heavily. Guide narrated during Aurangazeb's attack most of the paintings and carvings inside the temple were destroyed. However because of It's strength the temple caves and paintings are still standing.
In any temple Camara and mobiles not allowed. Hence no photos are avilable.

This temple's architecture is somewhat unique than the other . Many sculptures of historical god , Ganesha , mahisashura mardini , Vishnu , tiger etc are depicted . It's beauty is serene .
