This time of year reminds me of the kindness that was extended to my husband, and I during his surgical procedure. The JW House provided us with a place to lay our heads, serenity, and meals that were prepared and served by wonderful volunteers. The bonus was, we had a chance to bond and connect with other families who were also at The JW House. May God bless each and every one of you for the kindnesses that was extended to us. Thank you. Merry Christmas from the Shoushtari Family.

This place is great. Last week was my second time visiting JW house. They offer everything a visiting relative of a Kaiser Permanente patient could ever want from a shower, laundry facility, a quiet room to get away and collect your thoughts or just sit quietly. If you have kids the fenced in back yard is huge and there is plenty of things for the little ones to climb on and the best part is you can get a free meal. The menu changes every day and it's homemade food provided by volunteers.

I'm so very thankful to have been able to stay at JW House for a few hours during my Mom's surgery this past Friday. The folks there were very hospitable and sweet. I was able to stay in the day room for a bit, I had just drove in from Sacramento and was super tired. Thank you to Ms Betsy, Jeanna and the young man that's a volunteer in high school, I'm sorry I don't recall your name but you're a good kid and we talked a lot. I'm happy to say that my Mom's surgery went very well.

Thank you again JW House for your hospitality.
You're much appreciated for all you do for the family members of Kaiser patients.

Jesus Bless You
