Fantastic! I have not had one issue with my Christmas tree being collected and recycled. Communication is great, donation amount manageable, tree always picked up when they say it will be. I get very attached to my tree at Christmas and find letting go of it easier knowing it’s doing something good somewhere else so thank you.

A great way to support local charities whilst sustainably disposing of our Christmas tree. Booking a collection was easy, and the sevice was efficient. Our tree was picked up quickly and within the specified collection window. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Easy peasy lemony squeezy. Our household doesn't have a car and the Just Helping Christmas tree pick-up and recycle program made it easy for us to recycle our holiday tree this year. They let us know the date and time range for pick-up and all we had to do was get it out front. Incredibly easy to schedule. Amazing service! Thank you!

I donated to get my Christmas tree collected through a campaign I saw with compton hospice.
I was delighted to help such a brilliant place, process was easy through online booking which provided a day an time. An the tree was collected. Thankyou ?

Used the service in Dec 2022 and was happy overall. However, used again in Dec 2023, but our tree was never collected. I emailed the contact details provided but have still not had a response. Great idea and would not expect my donation back, but I will look to use a different company this year.

I have supported this charity for many years and think it is a wonderful way to get rid of my tree while donating. Just a warning to keep an eye out for the final date to collect your tree by, as mine was left behind and by the time i managed to get in touch with the right person i was too late for the mop up and had to dispose of tree myself. However i will be using them next Christmas but will be more vigilant.

I saw the opportunity on social media to have our Christmas tree collected, with the donation going to Prospect Hospice, a charity close to my heart. This was a no-brainer, as our donation would help support a great charity, where many charities struggle to get funding. The process was seamless, including the collection of our tree. Supporting an invaluable charity,whilst doing our bit for the environment. I will happily support this again this year - well done to all of the staff and volunteers.
