I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING AT THIS JOB !!!!! It is so unorganized the schedule changes every 10 -20 minutes!!!! So understaffed so it piles up on you. There is absolutely favoritism at this job; they except us to come in even if were sick the training is awful they hardly even explain stuff it’s so unorganized. The staff doesn’t have patience with the kids. I don’t even know how this place is open !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND BRININGING YOUR CHILD HERE it’s also very unsanitary they do not sanatize any of the toys or tables here and kids are constantly putting stuff in their mouths

My 4 year old daughter attended the center for ABA services. The staff put my nonverbal autistic daughter in unreasonable harm by placing marijuana in her backpack after an ABA session and me (her mother)finding it after going through her backpack. The terror I was in after finding marijuana in my 4 yr olds backpack. They later investigated and found that the marijuana came from a staff member, but before they had done the investigation, they had CPS investigating my family stating initially it was us that the marijuana came from (though NO ONE in our home does marijuana). This center has made it hard for me to trust anyone taking care of my already vulnerable daughter. They were very negligent, and had my daughter found the marijuana they placed in her backpack instead of me, she could have been seriously harmed or worse. A horrible experience to say the least, when all we were seeking were services for our autistic daughter.

The direct care staff and the BCBAs are amazing. You can tell they truly care about the kids they work with. The administration side of things, however, is terrible. My son was out of services for a couple of months and when I tried to get him back in, could not get a phone call back from the managers and supervisor despite our previous BCBA emailing them on our behalf to try to get a call back. They didn't have someone available to treat him and they couldn't give me the courtesy of a call to tell me this. I wasted several weeks depending on their part help. If you can get past the lousy management it's an amazing place, but since they run the show...

Horrible!!! I would give a -10 if I could. They say they are all for the family and helping the family reunite with their children and that is not the case. Have been going through a case for almost a year now and they switched our worker four months prior to reunification. New worker has no idea what we have been through and does not respond to court cases in a professional manner. Very disappointed in how they are presenting their selves and us and they are also causing more damage to our child. We are only involved due to what the mother of the child did and being punished for it and stalling reunification. Very SAD!

Great place! Our son has been going the the Judson Center for many years for his ABA programs!

He loves all of his support team members and so do we.

He just moved to the team program and is adapting very well with the change.

I'm not sure about the 5 star I lived at 4410 w. 13 mile rd. Royal Oak MI. It was the Detroit Baptist Children's Home. I lived there from 1968 to 1973 the resident children which included myself was treated better than any kids in Michigan, I don't care if Gordie Howe or Bob Lanier was your Dad. I'm 60 today, I left. DBCH in July of 73 and went from what was loving to straight evil! To much happens past that, and I keep thinking back to those days. Yeah something is wrong.

Could not be any better than it already is. The tutors are wonderful and thoughtful people that work with the kids and give them the tools they will need to navigate in their environments.
