I have had good and bad experiences here. Most of the people are kind but there is one guy here that is rude and makes you feel terrible. One day I asked him not to put something in my car that was 50 pounds because I’m disabled and I can’t carry it. He told me, he told me, he said to all the women who are asking not to put it in their trunk to go to a different food bank and find somebody to take it out for me. He was really rude. So I was stuck with it for a month until I had somebody take it out for me. We all have different things we’re going through. That’s why we come to the food bank but to have somebody be that rude makes you feel terrible after leaving from the food bank.

I was amazed to see how much food they are giving in this food bank. You should arrive early to get a number to line up. And bring some boxes to carry food into your car. Bring an umbrella to shade yourself and volunteer were very helpful. Thank you!
