I would give this more stars if they would give you the right information. I was told to call at 9 o’clock in the morning and it makes no sense how all your Appointments are full for the day when you just open at 9 can someone please tell me when I should start calling bcuz 9 isn’t the correct answer?

Edit #2: This place is 100% a scam. Don't get your hopes up thinking they actually do any of the things they say they do. At this point I've sent in the online application over 50 times with no response and when I call to find out what's going on they either claim they've never recieved an application or that they are out of funding for the month; only to have the online application available again the very next day. It is very clear that the group of people who are "running" this "organization" are a combination of incompetent and blatant liars.

Edit: confirmed this place is infact a scam. I filled an online application for assistance on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th and 13th. But they claim they've never recieved ANY of them. Very convenient and even more suspicious.

This place is a scam! I've been trying since July to get help from them and every month it's a different excuse. I reached out in July for assistance and was told to call the following Monday to set up an appointment. I called the following Monday and was told they ran out of funds "over a week ago" and wouldn't have any available until the 1st of August. On the first of August I called and was told they only accept calls for appointments at 9:00am. I called the following day at exactly 9:00 and was greeted by a recording saying all of their appointments were full for the day; and had the same thing happen the rest of the week. That following Monday I called again and was told they only set appointments online and the application would be available the following day at 9:00am. I went online the following morning and the website said they had no funds available until September 1st. September 1st comes around, I go online and it says they've booked all the appointments for the day. Same on the 2nd and 3rd. I call again and am now told they only take a certain amount of online applications and the application is available at 9:00am. After another week of this constant back and forth I finally get told by a staff member there are no funds available until the 1st of October. October comes around and...you guessed it. Now November has come and I'm still stuck in the same loop. I finally get ahold of somebody who will listen to my situation and they inform me the online application opens at 8:45am...not 9:00 but there won't be funds available until the 1st of December. On the 1st of December there are no online applications available so I call again. The person I spoke to tells me they will open the application process on December 5th. On December 5th I go online and am actually able to fill out an application. I do so and don't hear a response for a week. I call today and they say they never received my online application.
Quite clearly they either are lying about providing services or have an entire staff that is completely incompetent. Neither of which is acceptable.

It's really unfortunate what Interfaith has become ever since opening the other two locations. I was pregnant and lied to about the assistance after going through everything with appointments and getting the paperwork together. I was belittled and treated horribly while I was in the office. I have yet to hear back from anyone.
I've been told multiple times to call in or email and I never receive a response back.

When I say this place is a gift from paradise, it's no exaggeration. They went above and beyond. Put out almost 3k to get my family and I back on our feet. Today I will be counting my blessings twice. Thank you for caring. Thank you for listening to me. Thank you for keeping your promises. Thank you for the communication and thank you for giving me back hope.

The food bank did not ask if I eat pork. I do not eat pork. They put a large ham in my trunk along with a lot of food I do not eat. The nearest kosher food bank is in Phoenix. Why isn't there one in Tucson. I gave the ham to my neighbor along with other foods I do not eat. The bread they gave me turned black the next day. I'm not happy about this.
