I am so grateful for my pantry items that I received with dignity from a worker whose name may have been Elaina. I was very uncomfortable with the interaction with the receptionist. She was rude, condescending, was not detail oriented, asked why I wanted to know if she was the full time secretary, and also asked why I wanted my advocate present during my appointment. She also used incorrect grammar.

Interfaith Community Services really cares. They help Stabilize & Improve Lives !!! The Kind and compassionate staff engage the vulnerable Low income and Homeless demographic plus the Carlsbad drug user and "5150"mental cases plaguing North County San Diego !!! Kudos to Interfaith, Shalom God Bless.

The food pantry is always empty; they get food donations and they need to weigh it and so it sits for weeks in blue bags on their floor in the pantry because they are too lazy to weigh it and put it up. I don’t like their discriminatory behavior towards clients. Their rental assistance program is a joke; a client said they have to wait two months for assistance & it’s not guaranteed. In my opinion you have the wrong people running this place. Hire people that actually want to help people and the donors should know what’s going on here.

Very well organized the employees are very nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond helping you out finding jobs and finding schools to take your classes for certain types of careers that you'd like to be in. They are adamant about helping people and getting people back on their feet. I recommend this place to anybody that's in a bad way.

25 people line up here every single morning and drawl from 15 numbers when they average 2 jobs per day on a great day.. Staff waits on inbound job leads instead of putting forth an effort to cold call within thier own network of clients to create more work .. they will not help you if they dont benefit from it .. Corporate seriously needs to intervene with the way things are being ran at this location. Im definetely leaving out tons of other discrepancies at this company .
