Innovative Care Services is an amazing place that truly cares about their clients and their team members. As a statewide non-profit supporting people with disabilities, they do everything they can to help clients live their best life possible. While the work is tough, it is important and meaningful and there is an entire team of people dedicated to helping others above all else.

Mismanaged and always under staffed. They make promises to the residents they can’t keep. They say transportation will be provided if residents have somewhere to go, and that is actually not the case. The Company does the bare minimum as far as nutritious meals and outings. It’s obvious this is just a job to most of them and a lot of the staff (not all, but most) does not seem to care about what’s best for the residents. There have even been occasions where there is nobody there at night to help if there’s an emergency.
