ICRC has been a great blessing to so many families that otherwise have no respite when caring for their loved ones at home! Their classes and support groups are also great! No one has to shoulder the responsibility all alone unless they choose to!

I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS OR I WOULD
I had joined your caregiver support group online as I am a full time caregiver for my 95 year old mom who has dementia. My time online sometimes is extremely limited so sometimes I log onto the group and no sooner have to leave because something comes up with mom that needs my attention. Unfortunately, I have had to do this several times and this afternoon Michelle Bland called me and told me she had to remove me from the group because members were complaining about me coming into the group and leaving and she also reprimanded me for not sharing all the times I was called on. Just because I am online doesn't mean I am sitting in front of the computer at the exact moment someone might call on me. The few times I have been online and I was called on, I shared, but even that is sometimes difficult and awkward to discuss some of this in front of my LO so I remain silent. I can't believe that I was "BOOTED" out of the support group for making my LO a priority. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and no way that a so called SUPPORT GROUP should treat its members. Feel free to call me to discuss a resolution or not. Michelle has my number. Oh, by the way, she should be FIRED

I've been there years ago and I swear that the girl I met then was there that day. Wish they maintained it better, but it was nice to be there again!

I don’t like to give bad reviews but as a caregiver and as a person trained in customer service, I felt I had to share my experience.

Hard enough being a caregiver on its own but when an agency/non profit is created then funded to help you be a caregiver and totally fails, how can you not say it needs to be questioned. ICRC failed me at every level and left me without the respite care I’ve been seeking for 4 years.

Whether state/federal or privately funded, someone needs to audit this agency to see what results have been achieved by their existence. Personally
a big fat ZERO
