Incompetence needs to be part of their acronym. I was referred to speak with Mrs. Angelica B. about my business plan, but the almighty Mrs. Angelica B didn't see me and refused to return my two calls and email. She sent Mrs. Yoryana A instead, she looked at my biz plan to reopen my business again, she apparently loved the idea and told me that she will do the best to help me with a loan. I sent all the paperwork that she requested during the next two weeks. Months passed and no communication, she couldn't be reached, she was always off or on vacations, only promises that they will look at my case. After three months of hiding and empty promises a new person came to the picture, a good for nothing underwriter that couldn't look at my file and request the missing paperwork in one day, it took him a whole month to do that, according to Mrs. Yoryana this person couldn't be reached at any moment and only thru appointments (?) After many months I got an email saying that my application was denied and with only vague explanations that didn't make sense, a total waste of time. I was told that these organizations use people's information to request funds from the state and donors, they use your paperwork to prove they are helping people but they don't. I wrote back and they hid under a rock, no response. I waited months before writing this review, waiting for a call. I am afraid how they are using my personal information now. Donors be aware, any donations or grants go to pay for their lavish lifestyles, days off and vacations. People, don't give them your personal information.
UPDATE 02/14/24:
I called the office a month ago since they asked me to call them and spoke with Mr. Martinez twice, someone supposed to call me back and talked about my experience, I haven't received a call back or email.
Once again; incompetence.
UPDATE 03/15/24:
Still no calls from anybody from this institution. As I mentioned before: total incompetence.
