I thought about 5 stars but only because I rent from them and don't want trouble. Overall, this organization is much better than your typical landlord. Each Tennant is going to have a different experience because each property manager is going to handle things differently. I had a situation that was, in my opinion, not properly handled. Communication is lacking on the administration side. They let go their community engagement team due to budget cuts, and us residents relied on them. The reason I did not give 5 stars, is because of the Christian name. I understand it's a business, but you're also a Christian organization. Like I said though, renting from them will always be better than anywhere else, in my experience. I love my apartment. Very cute, spacious and homey. That helped keep it at 4 stars. 🙂

Mario at ICCF is amazing. I’m a first time homebuyer and he’s the best person to get connected with. He’s down to earth, honest and always available some how. I can email with a question and he reached out same day. You don’t get that kind of service anymore so I truly appreciate it.

We never get a place here again they will lie and get your money they got bed bugs on first street and the manager will get mad cause you want to move so no deposit back thank god I’m gone from there and I will pray for him trying to take me down for no good reason god have the last word and I can promise you that people be aware of this company because they play you

I have rented from ICCF,for over the past year and they have some good, clean property; however poor poor management especially that Amy Cogwell over there they need to just get rid of.
She never address the issue S with you or answer your question (email)

Horrible I’ve been living here for 3 years it’s roach infested they nvr fix anything and they lost my money order and tried to have me pay again and tried to evict me over it. Then they found it and tried to just make it seem like no big deal. Oh and they have mice don’t even try they are not income based. And the management is very much raciest.

I learned that this state has to have a certain amount of homeless people in order to keep getting a certain amount of funding they may help a few people here and the to make it look like they are making progress this is more of a business not humanitarian work these people aren’t doing this from the kindness of there hearts as long as there are homeless people they will always have a job and power of people who are hurting and everyone loves power sad to say but it’s all facts they don’t care about the children especially minority children as long as people are hurting and in a bad situation prison systems stay full walfare and cps can stay in business people keep getting paid state keep getting money and that’s the cycle

Nice friendly people seems like the program could possibly bring promise to individuals futures the downside is there's a disappointment that they don't have any local low-income rentals right now however I will be more engaged with them in the future hopefully unless something else presents itself along the way
