Do not stop here if you are an owner operator, they price gouge you not only that they take forever for a simple job and if they ask you if you would like new Lance sales automatically say no they charge me $26 for 30 seconds of their time they make it seem like it what they wanna do for you as a courtesy but it is not I was there for over four hours. I personally will not be making the same mistake. I don’t care if they’re the only shop around I’ll find me a different shop.

I had fan belt break on truck about 15 miles away from the shop, the closest mobile mechanic was charging close to $600. I spoke to Todd and he waited past his time just to help us out. My drive could only drive a mile at time as the truck was overheating, 4 hours later we arrived at the shop and everything was replaced for less than $200 within 20 minutes parts included. Thank you so much for helping us out as my was on transit heading home for thanksgiving.

This truck repair facility was very professional, and very fast, despite being in a small slow relaxed town in west central Kansas. That combination makes for a very comfortable experience. The employees are polite, the facility is easy to navigate, and their prices are very low. If I ever need service in that area in the future I will be stopping there.

I called early morning morning to see if they can repair a semi trailer seal and Nate explained that if it was a regular seal they can fix it so we drove about 45 miles to get there I show up and the service guy comes out and looks and said yes its a regular seal but I don't have time to fix it. Why even come look if he doesn't have time. He messaged other mechanics in town but no one can get it done. It was nice of him to call other mechanics but I was looking forward to getting my seal replaced.

My trucker husband had a blow out and ended up at I-70 truck repair in Hayes,KS. He rarely mentions to me the service at places but he said they were friendly, honest dealing people and they had him back on road quickly.
