Wifi service and device work well. As a non profit there are frustrating disorganization issues, most forgivable. Reason I am not giving 5 stars is the company/non profit org is prone to error; when I email customer service for help they did not reply. I have a very hard time over the phone- I am hard of hearing, suffer traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, and clinical anxiety. I have a sub par phone that frequently has bad connections. I called customer service and the supervisor that wanted to help was cut off by a call drop. Every other agent took no responsibility for error, refused to help me; even worse I received hostility, was shouted at, and deliberately disconnected, and when I tried to call back phone call was picked up then deliberately disconnected. Anyone choosing this service, make sure you call customer service as a last resort. I am heartbroken because I believe in what this organization is doing. I am not sure how they accomplish their objective without kindness.

They are extremely overcharging people trying to purchase devices. it's funny because their website says "priced for people, not for profit" when they are charging $2-300+ more than the market price for refurbished items. You're better off going on eBay and finding yourself the actual selling price of the product before you buy anything from this corp

Other than some organizational kinks this is a nonprofit with a wonderful mission of reducing E waste, consciously recycling, and providing refurbished technology to low income. This is especially important for all children to have more equitable education opportunities.

Clean organized big Warehouse, went to pick up hotspot. The only issue was no parking available. Hotspot works awesome. No buffering, I can watch my YouTube videos, downloads problem free.

Do research computers are not worth prices they charge. Very disappointed with quality of laptop and price. I didn’t do enough research and assumed I was getting the best deal for a refurbished MacBook for my daughter who has been begging for a laptop for years. I assumed because it was part of the affordability program prices would be a savings over anything I would find online. However, I was told by multiple reputable sources including two Apple employees that I was ripped off and overcharged. Hopefully I will have no trouble returning and putting funding toward something else.

First let me thank Stephanie for being very
professional and still allowing me the chance to receive a free laptop. After installing internet she informed me that I qualified for the laptop. My own insecurities and having no Patience led me to believe it was a scam. But I'm here to say that it's definitely not a scam. This company and the people who who work there r very professional.
