Human good in Redding CA is not a good place to be. I lived there for 10 years we had a great manager when I moved in now they don't care about the residents. I wouldn't recommend them for no one.

In my 71 years of life, it was the worst place to live because of lack of friendliness and lack of care for the individual life.

2/12/24: I am adding more as a response to HumanGood's response. For 3 years I called and sent many letters for help on this subject. All the details and specifics were included in my letters. To date, not one of your supervisors, managers not the CEO himself took a minute to return my calls or see how to help with the sitution. I don't think this platform is the place to air the specifics. It is my review after 3 years of no response from the HumanGood management.

Terrible Company they need to change their names. They dont care about about the good of humans, or even their tenants. They are against us as tenants. They dont care about our well being. I was assaulted by one of their workers and they tried to kick me out of my apartment. Next, a pipe broke in our units and our places flooded and they placed us in tenderloin hotel with NO parking, NO refrigerators and NO microwaves and i asked if we can change locations and they told me no with terrible attitudes, i even offered to add money to a hotel if they can just change us to one with parking or at least an refrigerator to keep our food fresh. The company isnt notifying us about any changes in our units. The flood took place on Thursday 7-25-19, management gave us a food vouchers and a hotel to last til today which is now Monday 7-29-19. I had to hear from the front desk of the hotel that we would be staying until Thursday but Human Good never called to notify me about the added days. Now that i think about it, they never called me to notify me that my house was flooded at all, I happen to pull up to my apt and see my door open and i got nervous until i walked in to see workers in my apt cleaning up the mess from the flood which actually started at 11:30 pm 7/24/19 the night before. I found out that the pipe in our apt complex busted and my neighbors apartments were flooded as well.
I then walked over to the office and they told me it was nothing they could do and that i needed rental insurance for the damages. We need new management here PLEASE!
