Called 4 times goes to state wide answer place statewide, finally left voice mail for case worker and never recieved call back. Absolutely waist of hours and no results

Tried to get through on the phone line several times, once sitting on hold for over an hour. Case workers don't understand what a banking app does (under educated employees) and avoid answering any complex questions.

Got semi annual review in for my EBT. It was due the next day and the information filled in was incorrect. They do not give you ample time to get the paperwork in and back to them

I am glad they moved to a new building. They have always been very helpful anytime I have to come here. I have seen a lot of high stress situations at this place and employees have always handled it very professionally.
