This lady is very rude and unprofessional
She blame me and my children for messing everything up, knocking clothes down and toys everywhere. She should be fired. God punish you😤😤😤
How can you tell this lie and I hav been going here for a while now. I will never attend here again trust me. God will take care of me. Honestly. I have never been this sick from this place. I I have been so nice here.

I bring my son to this Pantry. He had a stroke & seizures.He hasnt worked in almost 2 yrs. This place is great,they have the nicest,kindest, most helpful helpers here! Thank you for your service to the community. May God continue to bless this place,and the workers.

This place helped me with medical equipment for my mom when she was with us at no cost, all they ask is to return it. So in return all the medical equipment my mom acquired when she was with us was donated to them to help others. Can't express how dedicated and kind all of the volunteers are there. They go out of there way to help as they did with my mom I'll be forever grateful. Going forward if I have any items to donate Human Concerns is my first stop.

I'm very grateful that a place like this exists. They helped us out a couple times, and I fully intend to return the favor when we finally have more money coming in. If you are having troubles with finances and you need to feed your family, don't feel bad about asking for help. We were able to make our meager grocery list last a lot longer for the family because of the aid of Human Concern SM. Thank you!

I had 10 bags of nice donations to drop off today. Even waited a week for their heater to be replaced, so that they had room. I pulled in to the alley. I then entered the building to say I am going to unload donations by door, move the car out of alley and walk them in. No one was there. I then proceed to park my car and am getting chased down saying I'm on camera and cant leave my stuff, its against the law, etc. Made to feel criminal almost. I'll donate elsewhere.

Since the switch over years ago with the director(?) This place has made remarkable changes. You are actually heard and if they can help you they do. The system of picking your own items from categories of food items is helpful, as I am no longer wasting items and getting items more specific to planning our meals. You still have a volunteer here or there that may be overreactive and make you feel a little uncomfortable , but is reassuring to know that with the new director it will be straightened out peacefully. I have to say they have been wonderful and like angels when it comes to school supplies, Christmas, etc
*Update* Not sure what happened... I guess people get burnt out after a while. I literally had my soul hurt. Keep your head down, try not to irritate them, don't ask for anything, and it is a good source for supplementing a couple meals.

Very helpful place for people in need however when I went in for help with clothing and didn't get any help with how the process went or help with bags,cart etc. I was getting clothes for 4 family members and had to carry them in my arms so I wasn't able to get much because of my in ability to carry alot
