His understanding of brain development guides his Perfect Player Program, and emphasizes how repetition is fundamental and foundational in developing muscle memory upon which an athlete can build for game time scenarios. Coach Marcus has a created a unique program that keeps the athletes accountable for maintaining and building upon the skills the athletes are taught in the gym. The keys to this program are repetition and recorded accountability. After a training session, HNSA athletes are required to complete "homework" before the start of the next session -- this is key to perfecting a skill set.
