I love dealing with the Negaunee Honor Credit Union. Margaret and the teller staff are always super friendly and helpful. We have accounts at True North Credit Union, and I have to say the experience was/is not great. My wife worked in banking for many years and spent her last 20 years training new tellers and personal bankers. She said I'm not sure who does their training, but they do a great job.

If you are saving money beware of a dormant fee of$50.00 a month for not spending! My daughter has lost $500 since April. They refunded it as soon as she contacted them. The customer service at the Negaunee branch is exceptional! They always have a smile and willing to assist as needed.
