Dr Annabel Bradford is the best. In my 30+ years of seeing mental health providers and specifically psychiatrists, Dr Bradford stands above the crowd. She is very intelligent and considers all the pieces of the puzzle. I saw her at one facility for over a year and when she moved to Hometown Health I gladly followed her there.

They refused care 5 days into having antibiotics so I wasn't contagious anymore. They didn't want me in office sick when I needed blood work done 2 days after hospital stay not 9 days after. One doctor there brushed off my chest pain. Said it was irrelevant to being sick went to hospital they diagnosed me with 3 different illnesses and hospital admitted me. Then the "scheduled " 9 day appointment after hospital stay said was suppose to be a flu shot but couldn't tell me why even though I knew. Canceled appointment took my records and will go elsewhere.

She was absolutely amazing. Her bed side manner, demeanor and sense of humor are like no other I've worked with. She was amazingly gentle with my son. Would recommend her to anyone for their kids. Awesome person.

5☆ FOR TONYA AND NIKKI SENNETT IN THE SCHOOL CLINIC! 0☆ FOR THE WOMAN WHO CHECKED ME IN AT THE SCHOOL CLINIC TODAY. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MADE EXCUSES FOR NOT DOING HER JOB. 0☆ FOR THE MAIN OFFICE ON MOOSEHEAD TRAIL IN NEWPORT! TONYA AND NIKKI ARE THE BEST PROVIDERS WE SEE FOR MYSELF, MY FIANCÈ, AND OUR 4 CHILDREN. IF THEY EVER LEAVE HTHC, WE ARE FOLLOWING THEM! THEY ARE VERY POLITE, CARING, ATTENTIVE, AND THEY DON'T JUST DO ORDERS THEN FORGET ABOUT THEM... THEY FOLLOW THROUGH TO MAKE SURE THE MAIN OFFICE ACTUALLY DOES THEM. THE SCHOOL DENTAL CLINIC IS GREAT FOR TEETH CLEANING, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE A DENTIST AND WE NEVER RECEIVED THE WRITTEN UPDATES FOR OUR CHILDREN AFTER THEIR VISIT. THE MAIN DENTAL OFFICE WON'T TAKE NEW PATIENTS EVEN IF SOMEONE IS ALREADY A PATIENT OF THE MAIN HTHC MEDICAL OFFICE. WE'VE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH THE MAIN MEDICAL OFFICE INCLUDING REFERRALS NOT BEING DONE OR TAKING MONTHS TO DO, GOING WEEKS WITHOUT MEDICATIONS BECAUSE PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS WEREN'T COMPLETED AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS , AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET ACUTE VISITS OR SET UP REGULAR VISITS WITH YOUR PCP. HONESTLY, THEY HAVE SUCH A HIGH TURN OVER, I DON'T SEE HOW THEY WILL EVER SUCCESSFULLY STAFF THE NEW BUILDING GOING UP IN PALMYRA. IF I CAN FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THAT DOES THEIR JOB LIKE TONYA AND NIKKI DOES... I WOULD CHANGE IN A HEART BEAT! WE WILL FOLLOW NIKKI WHEREVER SHE GOES WHEN SHE LEAVES.

The last 4 times I have came here for an appointment I have waited over an hour after my appointment time to see someone. (My appointment was at 3:15 and it is now past 4) If a client is late more that 15 minutes we are turned away but it's perfectly acceptable for them to make clients wait for over an hour. Don't waste your time going here because they definitely do not care about your time.
