What this organization does with its tiny budget for hundreds, thousands of San Franciscans (and their housed neighbors) is a miracle. Their commitment and dedication to this particular neighborhood has saved and improved thousands of lives.

If anyone says anything bad about this place or their staff members. Just know... THEY'RE LYING! These staffs members are TRULY AMAZING PEOPLE! They do an OUTSTANDING job with taking care of everyones needs to the best of their ability, even when some people start getting crazy on them. They give out food, clothes and hygiene products, they offer counseling, they'll take care of you medically at their free clinic the best they can and they'll ALL always ask how you're doing and if you have an emotional support dog, they'll help you get your dogs emotional support certification, so your dog can be in public places with you at all times. Although, I didn't do counseling (even though I did have the option to do so) I had a staff member named Saskia help me out with paperwork for benefits and meanwhile I told her some stuff that I was going through (health wise) and she constantly looked up everything I needed, as soon as she could. She constantly checked on me to make sure I got what I needed. Overall all of the staff members have been through the same stuggle most have gone through, so they really relate with you, so all of these staff members always make sure you're okay. These staffs members are completely Nonjudgmental, so you can talk to any of them and find comfort in doing so. All of these staff members helped me when I needed it the most, which I am extremely thankful for. I don't know what I would've done without them... We need more people like these staffs members in the world. If no one else will take your needs seriously, these staff members for sure will!

Let's just say misogyny is still alive and well on Haight street. I'm extremely disappointed
