The prices are substantially inflated and the company misrepresents the items value.

1. Sold me a wrot iron poodle by telling me it was unique and would sell fast and wouldn't be guaranteed to be there when I returned as these items turn fast. I bought the item because I loved it. Just weeks later I found the exact item being sold at Home Goods for $19.99 new. They sold me a home goods decor item and claimed it was the unique and one of a kind. Home goods had a bunch of them. The seller resold a home goods item that was used at 500 percent increase of another stores item.

2. I saw some nut crackers lying around without a tag. I asked how much. They went into their computer trying to locate the seller on file. Couldn't find it. Quotes me a random price of $22. I said I thought it couldn't be more than $5. The lady acted annoyed and said that's the price. I went to Walmart later that day. Say the item brand new with all four picks included for $2.67. Home Again item was broken, needed fixed and only had one nut pick included and they wanted $22 for a used broken item that sold for $2.67 new inclusive.

3. I was interested in a chair that turned into a step stool. They had it listed about $150. I thought that was high...they claimed it was vintage. It was painted blue. I looked online and found the exact chair step stool made of wood exact same design for sale on Amazon, Walmart, Target and eBay for $25 to $44 dollars in natural wood and unpainted.

I feel bamboozled and cheated. That would be like reselling Costco sale items bought new and pricing them up $150 bucks..

In this business a reseller needs to know their products and the value of a resell amount. Instead they hope you are too dumb to notice and make an impulse buy enriching themselves and cheating yourself. Very disappointed. I didn't buy the step stool or the nut crackers and when I found out the poodle decor was a home goods resell item substantially higher I was disgusted.

Do your research before buying. I do think that they have unique pieces but reselling items and claiming their are vintage or unique when they are not is false advertising. Their prices are way too high for the items they sell. Disappointing.

Love this place!
Unique pieces, amazing people. Emily and her team are so thoughtful and fun to work with.
Consignment is easy, straightforward, and made my estate sale much easier. My mother passed away and had collected all kinds of items I had no idea what to do with, but with the help of these ladies we were able to price, sell, and give them a new home. A big thanks to the team!

Have always loved shopping here. They have a great variety of furniture and great home decor. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are very personable and know me and most of their customers by name which I appreciate. Half of the interior decorating me and my wife have done in our apartment is from Home Again.

I absolutely love this store! They have fun and unique items and fair prices. It's easy to work with them too. If you have something to consign they price it to sell and are very upfront about the contract and how it all works. The staff are lovely and the store is spotless!

Such a great collection of beautiful antiques! Definitely worth checking it out, even if you’re not looking to buy new furniture. There’s a lot of smaller household items as well. The people who work there are so kind and helpful, too! Lisa is the best. I left a shopping bag there by mistake and then drove back to Wyoming, and she offered to mail it back for me. Thanks, Lisa!

The staff is awesome!
