I was really nervous and scared. I had never been to an inpatient treatment facility before. I felt alone and anxious for the first few days, but after a few days I was surprised that all these ladies helped each other and they had each other back. I loved that I had my own room and my counselor Rhonda was great. I didn't feel like I was in a treatment program because the first day I got there we went to the beach, and every other week they would take us to Walmart. The food wasn't bad either.

If you had a choice for 0 stars that would be my opinion. I was there for over a week without any counseling. My intake was literally 20 minutes long and as half assed as it gets . The staff is terrible!!! I'm sure they are paid more than they are worth. They're unhelpful, rude, uneducated,lazy, overall the worst people to run a rehabilitation without question. The bedding is disgusting and shameful,I would not even have my dogs sleep on stuff that old and ratty.... The food was terrible, usually cold and tasteless... You'd be better off going ANYWHERE else. I will be notifying the proper agencies of the treatment and conditions of this place.

at a complete loss of words. the one star goes to the staff (and by staff, I mean the tech) who would actually take out time to reach out to clients, since they were ‘stuck’ with us. but they were just as miserable as I was. this place wasn’t a rehab, it was a daycare for kids court ordered on pot charges. if your adolescent is seriously an addict, for the sake of their mental sanity (and hell, wellbeing, I’ve had nurses forget to give me my medication during detox 3 TIMES.), reconsider. amazing chaplen tho.

CROOKS
My ins covered all costs on pre approved stay dates. So when my ins said this was they date and the billing dept at Kairos worked hand in hand with them. I just recieved a call from a debt collector for an amount that i supposedly owe. This is from 2012 and now i get a call for a mistake they made... Kairos that is. If i have to explain and relive any of that dreadful time for there clerical error is disgusting. Shame on you and your bad business.

They robbed me of my golden necklace my grandfather gave me for my 16th birthday and I still have yet to get in contact with somebody to get it back. You can definitely tell they're there for the paycheck.
