I been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days already and nobody answers me. I try different extensions and the voicemails are all full

Get a better secretary.
I called and the lady that answered the phone had no costumer service skills. She was rude, didn’t want to help out, and she was quick to transfer me to someone else when I had a question on an event. I had to call 4 times before she realized I wasn’t going to stop calling. When she finally helped me she was rude and quick to hang up. I’m lucky I didn’t have any other questions because it would have been another while to get a response from her. This shouldn’t be a person’s first engagement experience for a good organization.

I'm been calling for over an hour 11:00am to 12:00pm nobody answered my call, there is a massage that said, " we are close from 12:00pm to 1:30pm for lunch and sanitation".
As far as I know this is a nonprofit organization to assist the Hispanic community, I'm sure everyone gets a pay check. But please can you do a little more for the pay that you get.
The only time that most of can asked for help is at lunch time, please be aware of that.

Mr. Mandujano helped a lot last time at the Hispanic Center. He went beyond to find out the way to help. Like how friendly he is. 5 Starts for him.

The only thing I'd like to point out is they wait in the phone call, very bad, or they don't respond. The receptionist say "Hello" and put callers in hold for more than 15 minutes. I miss Belkis at the front desk. She was really good.

Very disorganized and not very professionals, and also they closed completely during lunch time which i think its very unprofessional because thats the only time most of us have time to go there and ask for help, very disappointed hopefully they can change their management
