I want to start off by saying the counseling I received from Kathy was great. That being said this is without exaggeration the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. After giving them my insurance information 4 separate times they still managed to incorrectly bill my account. This led to me to be wrongly sent to collections and impacted my credit score because of their incompetence. Both my insurance company and the collection company have admitted heigeria program’s is at fault.
