Clean facility and super friendly, helpful caretakers. It’s always so sad to see all the dogs. We stopped in to just take a peak as we lost our dog to diabetes in June of 2024. We just aren’t ready for another dog yet, but will check them out again when we are.

I adopted this short haired grey tabby kitten who is the sweetest, cuddly little kitty I could have asked for! I named him Zen for how relaxed he is around everyone.

This facility truly cares about the animals they have and I would recommend, even if you don't want/can't have a pet, to donate food, toys, scratch posts, etc, so that they can continue to keep up their good work!

I stopped here on last trip to town and was really impressed. I adopted my best freind Skip a 3 yr old male cat. He was a blessing he has exceeded all my expectations and is so lovable a perfect fit. The staff here is so helpful and go above and beyond to help you get the right new addition to your family. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and they helped me get my new freind into my vehical and made sure I got around in the building good. I highly recommend this shelter for your next cat or dog they are really well cared for. Also if you have things to donate money or other things they can use please do. I thank all there who helped me and so does Skip so have a great week and I am forever greatfull. Signed Colin

I got my sweet, Lilly, here six years ago on Black Fur Day. Staff was sweet and kind. They microchipped her and gave me a certificate for her to be spayed at the vet I preferred. They even sent her home with a little blankie. She could fit in my hand the day I brought her home but she’s a bit spoiled and has grown considerably 🤣

We got our dog from here (he's the one in my picture). It was an alright experience but the pricing is a little outrageous. After we got him we had to drop another 1500-ish to get him vetted. Drop the pricing and more people will be able to give dogs good homes.

Very friendly to answer questions you have. I'm great full these animals have a place to lay their head and for the staff taking care of them..For you people saying adopt somewhere else you people should be ashamed of yourselves and should NOT own any pet because by saying that you are trying to steer someone away from giving a pet in need of a home shame on you grow up! I believe this is a great shelter with my experience
