Inexcusable. Was sent here for a pre-surgery Covid 19 test (good idea). Told at my doctor's office it would "only take 5 minutes". Took well over an HOUR. Only ONE PERSON was working. She was answering phones, registering patients, and then doing the lab work (e.g. drawing blood, Covid 19 tests). At least 2 or 3 patients left without having their labs done after waiting for a very long time. The man ahead of me was having the same pre-surgery test. His doctor's office had neglected to send the order for lab work over, so the ONLY person working was calling the doctor's office to try to get the required paperwork. Was scheduled for a pre-op physical in Prescott Valley, so we skipped lunch to get there on time for that. Wish we would have had the work done in Prescott Valley. Inexcusable to have only one person working and doing everything. The waiting room was full; all the chairs were taken and people were standing.
