I think they need to put all reviews not only the ones that leave good reviews. This is the worse place to live. I’m glad I moved from there. I feel so sorry for the people still living there. I pray the new owners are better than the last owners

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. My mom has lived here for 6 years and literally since the day we moved her in there’s been constant issues. The first day there I noticed the certificates in the elevators were 2 years expired. About once a month, if not more, thethe elevators break down. The walk up gate is also broken at least once a month, including today. My mom absolutely hates living here.

We have a new manager!!!! Time has flown by since our new manager, Roman, came aboard but I want to say this is one of the best upgrades to our Hayward Village community! I've lived at Hayward Village almost 3 years, and must say I look forward to better living ahead.

I work Monday through Friday 9-5 and don't get to see a lot of what goes on in our building, I do see however a manager who knows what is good for clean housing, knows the importance of paying attention to the needs of the tenants and the property.

I’ve lived here 1 1/2 years and love it. The property inside and out is very well maintained. I love the workout room, the grounds, hot tub and beautiful dog run. The whole staff, management and maintenance, are great to work with.

I moved in 3 months ago and I love the apartments. The manager Hei Garcia made the application process so easy. Anytime you have a problem they take care of it right away. The housekeeper keeps this place clean. It's a very nice place to live and I think I'll be here for a long time!

Been here before to tour the property and I absolutely loved it. Beautiful clean designed building, Hai Garcia is awesome he took the time to answer all of my questions. His friendly and respectful personality made me feel at ease.

The community manager Hai Garcia helped my mom fill out her application, he was respectful and very welcoming. He was very patient helping my mom and was very knowledgeable. He took time to make sure my mom knew the amenities the public spaces and made sure this was a good fit for her. The place is very well taken care of everything is so accommodating and everyone is really friendly. Thank you hai and staff.

Hayward Village has been through many changes, and I can finally say I think Roman is the right person for this place. The building is immaculate, thanks to Martha, the housekeeper. I've never seen the office so clean and organized, so it's very welcoming and inviting.

I recommend Hayward Village 100%

I had a great experience at Hayward Village Apartments. As soon as I arrived Hai Garcia the manager welcomed us very kindly and gave me all the information I needed. He explained very precisely how the application process works and even showed me a beautiful apartment. Hai was very kind, professional, and friendly. Thank you for the great experience Mr. Garcia!!!
